Understanding Consumer Behavior & Marketing Psychology is a practical and immersive training designed for marketing & sales professionals, business owners, and product managers seeking to deepen their understanding of what drives consumer decisions. Through instructor-led session, real life examples, interactive and group activities, participants will explore key psychological principles, decision-making frameworks, and data-driven marketing strategies. The training emphasizes real-world applications such as customer segmentation, behavioral economics, neuromarketing, and emotional branding—equipping attendees with the tools to design more impactful and consumer-centric marketing initiatives.

Fatima Faizan is a dynamic Academician, Corporate Trainer, and Marketing Consultant with over twelve years of international experience in higher education, professional training, and marketing advisory. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Queen Mary University of London and combines a strong academic background with hands-on industry expertise.
Fatima has delivered impactful marketing and consumer behavior courses at leading institutions including Sheridan College, Cambrian at Hanson, and the Institute of Business Administration. She has also facilitated corporate workshops and training programs for professionals across diverse sectors, bringing real-world relevance and strategic depth to her sessions.

Cancellation or transfer of registration must be received by e-mail to learning@thecma.ca no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the training to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten (10) business days prior to the training date. If you registered for a training but are unable to attend, substitutions* are welcome any time prior to the original registration training date at no extra cost.
