Formal Record of Our Results
The Canadian Marketing Association is registered in Canada as a not-for-profit organization and funded through a combination of membership dues, learning program and event participation fees and corporate sponsorships. Our internal operating guidelines ensure adherence to stringent controls designed to maintain financial accountability.
Our volunteer executive board as well as our audit and finance committee convene regularly to ensure we are following these approved guidelines and to monitor the Association’s overall financial health. In addition to this oversight and as described
in the Association’s by-laws, financial statements are audited by our external auditors, Campbell Lawless LLP. This audit is completed on a yearly basis, following our fiscal year-end of December 31st.
