Stepping into a Marketing Director role requires more than delivering great campaigns it demands a fundamental shift in how you think, lead, and drive impact.
Many high-performing marketing leaders struggle in their first Director role not because of a lack of capability, but because the expectations change dramatically. Success is no longer defined by execution, but by the ability to lead leaders, influence across functions, and connect marketing to enterprise growth.
This intensive, high-impact workshop is designed to accelerate that transition.
In just 2.5 hours, participants will focus on the three critical shifts required to succeed at the Director level: by elevating from campaign execution to strategic impact, leading marketing managers and specialists effectively, and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and the executive team.
Through practical frameworks, real-world scenarios, and applied exercises, participants will leave with the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to operate at a more strategic level and make an immediate impact in their role.
