Emily Baillie is an award-winning AI adoption strategist, trainer, speaker and digital marketing educator who helps organizations navigate the human side of artificial intelligence. Known for making complex topics clear and approachable, she gives leaders and teams practical tools to use AI confidently, responsibly and effectively.

Through workshops, leadership sessions, policy guidance and ongoing advisory support, Emily helps organizations identify meaningful use cases, build internal capability and establish responsible practices. Her human-first philosophy is simple: make AI work for people, not the other way around.

Emily has trained more than 4,000 professionals across Canada and has worked with corporations, municipalities, associations, non-profits, educational institutions and economic development organizations.
